Overview
FOM is a long-standing, yearly conference series showcasing the latest innovations and developments in (optical) microscopy and their application in biology, medicine, and the material sciences. This conference will start with tutorials, followed by parallel sessions, flash poster presentations and a plenary opening session with invited speakers.
Join us to explore advanced imaging, illumination, and hyperspectral microscopy technologies designed to help researchers capture high-resolution data, improve signal detection, and gain deeper insights in demanding microscopy workflows. Featured solutions include the new pco.edge 9.4 bi CLHS CMOS camera with photon counting capabilities, the X-Cite TETREM™ 4-Channel and X-Cite NOVEM™ LED illumination systems, and a hyperspectral fluorescence microscopy demonstration showcasing spectral “data cube” imaging for the analysis of multi-stained biological samples.
Live Presentation:
Topic: Multiplex imaging with the world's most sensitive hyperspectral camera system for life science and medical imaging
Date: Monday, March 30 2026
Time: 16:50 – 17:10 CEST
Speaker: Dr. Gerhard Holst
