Excelitas VTE Series of Blue Emitting Diodes
PART/ VTE3310

VTE3310 - T-1 (3mm) Plastic Package Lensed, 1mW, Beam angle of ±5°

The VTE3310 is a 460nm, InGaN Blue emitting diode mounted in a long T-1 (3mm diameter) lensed plastic package. With a narrow beam angle ±5°, this Blue LED is suitable for smoke detection applications.

This 460 nm InGaN Blue emitting diode can be operated in DC mode or in pulsed mode. Pulsed mode is used when a higher optical output power is required for certain applications.

Features and benefits:

  • Narrow optical emission bandwidth
  • Approved for smoke detection applications under UL file S3506
  • RoHs compliant

Application:

  • Smoke Detection
  • Illumination
