LightHammer 6 Mark II smart UV curing system

LightHammer 6 MARK II UV Curing System

The Fusion UV LightHammer® 6 MARK II is a smart microwave-powered UV curing system with a 150 mm (6 inch) irradiator and 200 W/cm (500 W/inch) power class.

The LightHammer 6 MARK II includes an irradiator (modular lamp), electrodeless UV bulb, and a solid-state power supply as well as either an internal or external cooling blower. This 6-inch UV curing system offers a more flexible control scheme via software, reduced operating costs, smaller and lighter weight for easy integration, and reduced unscheduled downtime. The LightHammer 6 MARK is ideal for UV curing applications requiring process flexibility, consistency and maximum uptime. Modular systems can be combined to cure across wider widths or around complex shaped surfaces.

Lamps contain mercury. Manage in accordance with local, state or federal disposal laws.
