Excelitas TPD 1T 0122 and TPD 1T 0123 Thermopile Detectors in TO-46 housing feature a miniature sensor solution featuring a sensitive Chip and small optical window. The window is optically coated in the IR band 5-14µm and is available in two different formats.
The TPD 1T 0122 / 0123 Thermopile Detector Series in TO-46 housings present a miniature detector solutions with a sensitive chip and small optical window. The housing includes a thermistor for ambient temperature compensation.
Either round or square window formats are available. The round window format is optically coated in the IR band 5-14µm. The square window format provides for narrow-band optical filter options in Gas Monitoring and similar applications.
