  • C30703FH-200 - Si APD, 10x10mm Flatpack without Glued Window - also comes in a flat-pack assembly while offering the same level of performance as the C30703FH. It is well-suited for radiation detection in extremely large areas.
  • C30739ECERH - Si APD, Ceramic Carrier - covers the spectral range from less than 400 nm to greater than 700 nm. It has low noise, high gain, low capacitance, and an enhanced UV response, with a quantum efficiency above 70% at 430 nm. This Si APD series is ideally suited for applications at low-light-levels, like molecular imaging.
  • C30739ECERH-2 - Si APD, Ceramic Carrier, High-Gain - comes in a ceramic carrier package, enabling easy handling and coupling to scintillation crystals, such as LSO and BGO.
