Excelitas offers novel 905 nm four-channel pulsed laser diode arrays which offer flexible emission patterns and high output power. These pulsed laser diodes are uniquely designed to allow for increased duty cycles when the channels are firing individually, or increased output power to 300 W when all channels are activated in parallel. Each application has unique challenges when it comes to selecting the most suitable emitter. Contact us today to discuss your specific needs.
These laser arrays can be used either in individual channel selection, or common fire of all channels. They can sustain large reverse voltage levels of up to 35 V for 1 μs, making them robust to large voltage swings common in LiDAR applications. They provide power outputs of upwards of 75 W per channel when driven with 30 A of forward current or more.
75 W typical power output per channel at 30 A
Extremely small 30 µm optical gap between channels
Sequential or parallel operation to increase either duty cycle or output power
High-side and low-side driver configuration possible due to high reverse voltage level sustainability
