OmniCure LX500 LED UV Radiometric and Calibration Accessories

OmniCure® LED UV radiometric and calibration accessories offer the ability to accurately measure and calibrate power or irradiance from an OmniCure UV LED curing system directly at the cure site. Multiple kits as well as individual components are available to build precise and repeatable UV curing processes.

Radiometry is an essential technique for measuring the light output from a UV curing system in order to maintain a precise and repeatable UV curing process. The ability to accurately measure and calibrate light intensity in LED UV spot curing is challenging for UV assembly manufacturers and is a critical piece to controlling a UV curing process. UV measuring systems are essential for determining peak irradiance by capturing the narrow beam at the center of a detecting sensor with an exact focal height.

OmniCure offers a range of radiometric and calibration devices to allow users to efficiently and accurately measure and calibrate the peak irradiance or optical power in an assembly-manufacturing environment directly with an LX500 controller or remotely with a Light Meter System (LM2011 + LS100).

Based on the requirements of your manufacturing process, OmniCure offers two options for measuring and calibrating UV light output: Irradiance (W/cm2) using the OmniCure LS100 or Optical Power (W) using the OmniCure LS100P. Unmatched control and repeatability can be achieved when used with an OmniCure Beam Positioning Kit and connected to an LX500 controller.

OmniCure Radiometry and Calibration Individual Components:

LS100 – Light Sensor for Irradiance measurement and calibration. Connects to LX500 Controller or LM2011.
LS100P – Light Sensor for optical power measurement and calibration. Connects to LX500 Controller or LM2011.
Beam Positioning Kit – Adjustable fixture which holds an LS100(P) Light Sensor and one LX500 UV LED Head at a specific working distance for calibration or measurements.

LED Light Meter System
Light Meter System – LM2011 remote reader + LS100 Light Sensor. Measure any LX300 (discontinued), LX400 (discontinued) and LX500 UV LED heads. Beam positioning kit sold separately.
Irradiance Calibration Kit

Irradiance Calibration Kit – Beam Positioning Kit + LS100 Light Sensor. Calibrate any LX500 UV LED head with an LX500 Controller.

 

Power Calibration Kit

Power Calibration Kit – Beam Positioning Kit + LS100P Light Sensor. Calibrate any LX500 UV LED head with an LX500 Controller.
