VTD34SMH - Si PD, BPW34 equivalent, SMT, 7.45mm2

The VTD34SMH is a silicon photodiode in a transparent surface mount plastic package, and BPW34 industry equivalent. This photodiode provides high sensitivity, fast response, and a wide field-of-view.

This Silicon Photodiode in a transparent surface mount plastic package provides a 7.45 mm2 active area and designed for spectral response between 400 and 1100 nm. Suitable for direct mounting to PCB, these arrays can be formed by positioning them side by side. These photodiodes are designed to provide excellent sensitivity at low light level. Also, the VTD Series are commonly used  by customers to replace similar photodiodes, available on the market, that are in use for various applications.

Sensitivity at peak Wavelength = Typical 0.60 A/W

Angular Response = ±50 Degrees at 50 % Response
